Horsley & Send Cricket Club Junior Section Parent Survey Prize Draw
Promoter: Horsley & Send Cricket Club (“the Club”)

1.1. This prize draw is open to parents and guardians of junior members of Horsley & Send Cricket Club who complete the 2025 Junior Section Parent Survey.
1.2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
1.3. Employees, volunteers, committee members, and their immediate families of Horsley & Send Cricket Club are eligible to enter.
1.4. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3.5. The Club reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
4.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.

7.1. This prize draw is a free prize draw and is not a lottery or gambling activity.

7.3. The Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
7.4. The Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
7.5. The Club’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.6. The Club accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
7.7. The Club reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
