Please enter your details to register as a Player or Parent and click ‘Join this club’.
Tick the Terms of Service, HSCC Club Consent boxes. Complete the reCAPTCHA form and click ‘Next’.
If signing your children please select Parent when asked to “Apply for Roles?” and click “Next step”.
Type the Name of your child in the “Add your children to apply for the Parent Role” and click on ‘Click here if your child is not in the list.”
You will now see “Add your children to apply for the Parent Role”.
Make sure your child’s First and Last name are accurate and select the correct team to join (using the table below) that you want your child to join from the drop-down Team list:

You will be sent a verification email to the registered email account.
An admin will then validate your account.
You can then visit your account to make updates, view training schedule and payments.
All Membership Subs for 2025 will be actioned through Pitchero. Please do not pay directly into the club bank account.
To pay your subs please make sure your Pitchero details are up to date and messaging is enabled. The membership fee you are asked to pay will be reflective of the team you entered in the registration process.
You will be prompted to pay subs via email with subject “Your Horsely & Send Cricket Club payment is due”. Additionally, a new item will appear in your ‘check out’ trolly within the Pitchero app. Please follow instructions using either route.
The payment process will be familiar to most of you as it follows standard online payment principles and uses Go Cardless as the payment processor.
Be advised there is a £20 discount on all category of membership (excluding Minis) for early payment which will be automatically reflected in the payment request. Once the early payment offer expires the amount will revert to the full membership price.
